The Start

Ariel grew up in the suburbs outside Portland, Oregon, where she frequently got caught drawing on her bedroom walls.

She studied Psychology and Fine Art at the University of Oregon and then rode her bike down the coast on a 2,000-mile bike tour. 

The Middle

She spent eight years as a brand project manager and senior brand producer supporting talented creative teams, including Wild Friends Foods, Umpqua Bank, and OMFGCO.

In 2022, she completed Shillington Education's Graphic Design Program and launched her design and illustration studio in the summer of 2022.

Now

Since launching her studio, she’s worked with clients to create visual identities and illustrations for brands, campaigns, events, and more.

Her work is whimsical, thoughtful, optimistic, and inspired by the natural world.
