Visual Identity for Tern Trucks
Visual Identity for Tern Trucks
Brand strategy, logo, and launch materials for a new all-electric delivery truck
In 2023, Play & Co Creative brought me on to produce and lead the brand for Tern Trucks, a new line of all-electric delivery trucks from Hexagon Purus, a global leader in zero-emission mobility technology. Drawing on my background as both a brand producer and a designer, I led the project from the strategy and design side, in partnership with Play & Co.
The name comes from the Arctic Tern, a bird famous for its long-distance migrations. The logo follows that idea: it's built from the pathways a truck might travel, including the arc within the wordmark itself. The color palette pulls inspiration from the dusky light of early-morning and late-night deliveries.
From there, the identity extended to the website, print materials, and the launch social posts. The team loved it, and the brand was a huge hit in the industry when it launched.

Brand Design support for Amazon One Medical
Brand Design for Amazon One Medical
Ongoing design work with the embedded brand team
For the past three years, I've been part of the embedded brand team at What Else, supporting Amazon One Medical as a Brand Designer. I started when the brand was still One Medical and stayed on through its merger with Amazon.
My work has covered a lot of ground: in-office collateral, social media posts, emails, brochures, and plenty of ads on the Amazon homepage and beyond. That includes the Flu Campaign launch, where I worked closely with the One Medical brand team.

New Seasons Market Tote Bag
A hand-illustrated tote for a local favorite
New Seasons is a regional grocery store known for championing local suppliers. New Seasons reached out to me in spring 2022 to help bring their vision for a 4-panel tote bag showcasing local suppliers to life.
I created a custom map for each of the four sides of the bag, celebrating each unique region with hand-drawn elements and hand-lettered labels.
It's sold in stores, where it's become a shopper favorite and a bit of a brand icon. It's a handy, well-used grocery tote, which is exactly what I hoped it would be.

Illustrated Foods
50 illustrations for New Seasons' packaging rebrand
As part of New Seasons' packaging refresh, I illustrated every item in their white-label food line, from peanut butter to ice cream to jam to juice. In total, that was 50 food illustrations designed to live on the packaging.
